Terms & Conditions
1st Rule: Level 3 PT Required
2nd Rule: Active Insurance Required
3rd Rule: Sign Renting Agreement
4th Rule: Return & Clean kit post-use
The £30 per hour Studio Hire rate applies to duo sessions, filming, and PT assessments where exclusive use of the full studio is required.

Requirements for Hirers
All independent coaches renting the space must provide:
Proof of public liability insurance
Relevant personal training qualifications (minimum Level 3)
Signed rental agreement
PT students filming assessments and content creators are also welcome — please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
