Yes, we provide general nutrition guidance to support your fitness goals, whether you’re aiming for fat loss, muscle building, or maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. This includes macronutrient breakdowns and recipe suggestions tailored to your objectives.
However, please note that while we offer advice based on fitness principles, we are not registered dietitians or nutritionists. For specific dietary requirements, allergies, or detailed meal plans, we recommend consulting a qualified dietitian or nutritionist to ensure your needs are fully met.
What types of sessions do you offer?
We offer a variety of training sessions to cater to different preferences and goals:
- One-on-One Personal Training: Enjoy personalised attention and tailored workouts designed specifically for you.
- Duo Sessions: Train with a partner for a motivating and supportive experience while still receiving individualised guidance.
- Small Group Personal Training: We are considering introducing small group sessions (maximum of 4 people) for those who prefer a social training environment while still benefiting from personalised coaching.
What is the structure of a typical session?
A typical one-hour training session includes:
- Dynamic Warm-Up and Mobility (10-15 minutes): Prepares your body for exercise and enhances mobility.
- Main Workout (35-40 minutes): This segment can include strength training, cardio/endurance, and core exercises. All workouts are tailored to your specific fitness goals and needs. For example, we may focus solely on strength and core, combine all three elements in circuits, or concentrate on cardio.
- Cool Down and Stretching (5-10 minutes): Promotes recovery and flexibility.
What types of personal training packages do you offer?
We offer three flexible personal training packages:
- 4 Sessions: One session per week.
- 8 Sessions: Two sessions per week.
- 12 Sessions: Three sessions per week.
Pay-As-You-Train Option
With this package, any sessions must be used within three months of purchase. You can carry over any unused sessions to the following month, as long as all sessions are used within the three-month period. This option is slightly more expensive but provides greater flexibility without long-term commitment.
3-Month Commitment Option
This package offers better value for money but requires a commitment. All sessions must be used within one month of purchase, operating as a rolling contract for three months. It includes discounted rates, making it an excellent choice for those ready to commit and achieve results. A one-month notice is required to cancel or freeze the package.
What results can I expect from personal training?
With consistent personal training, you can expect to feel more energetic, fitter, and stronger within 6 to 8 weeks. Observable changes, such as improved muscle tone or endurance, typically occur within 8 to 12 weeks.
Research supports that significant improvements in muscular fitness, such as strength, can take 3 to 6 months with a regular resistance training program.
However, results vary widely based on factors like genetics, workout intensity, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits. Life commitments and unexpected events may also affect progress. While no results can be guaranteed, staying consistent and committed is key to achieving long-term success.
The most important thing is to remain patient and persistent—fitness is a journey. With dedication and effort, you’ll see meaningful progress over time!
