I don’t run group classes. I don’t do open gym access. Every session is private. That means I’m watching every rep. I’m correcting your form. I’m adjusting the plan as we go. You’re not left to figure it out on your own. Here’s what we focus on:

  • Goals first. Before we lift anything, we talk. I want to know what you’re trying to achieve and what’s stopped you before.

  • Form and technique. I teach you how to lift safely. This matters more than how much weight you’re moving. Nutrition made simple. I give you practical recipe books and a macronutrient guide. No extreme diets. No calorie obsession.

About Omar Ryan

I've been coaching clients since 2016 and opened Oryan Fitness in Islington in 2023. I specialise in strength training, posture correction, and helping people who've never set foot in a gym feel comfortable lifting weights. I'm a qualified, experienced tutor and assessor. I work as an external tutor and assessor for institutions to qualify personal trainers in the UK. Helping develop the next generation of personal trainers. That keeps my methods current and grounded in real movement science. I'm also Exercise Referral qualified, which means I work with people who have health conditions, injuries, or medical history that needs to be considered before training.

  1. Free consultation. Come in, have a chat. No pressure. We talk about your goals, your history, and what you want to change.

  2. Movement check. I look at how you move. I check your posture and identify any tight or weak areas.

  3. Start training. We build a plan around your body and start working through it together.
